Philip Dearing

Philip Dearing, age 60, was appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director in October 2009 and is amember of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee and sits on the Boards of the Society’s two subsidiarycompanies.


He has many years’ experience of operating at Board level with firms in the mutual sector and is currently Chair of Audit of one of the UK’s leading and largest NHS Primary Care Trusts.
