David joined The Hanley in 1994 as a university graduate after achieving a 2:1 honours degree in Information Systems.

Initially working as an application developer in the IT Department, David progressed through the ranks of the business reaching executive level in 2003 aged just 31. David’s key responsibilities are Mortgages, Retail Savings, Customer Services and Marketing.
