Local building society The Hanley has appointed their Head of Business Development, Dianne Thompson to their board as an Executive Director.  

Dianne, whose new title will be Operations Director, joined The Hanley in 2002 as Sales & Marketing Manager from Bradford & Bingley. Voted Regional Business Women of the Year in 2006, Dianne has been responsible for developing The Hanley’s face to face advisory service and their extended branch network.  

Dianne commented “I am honoured to be invited to join The Hanley’s Board of Directors and I am committed to providing the very best service to our customers. My main goal will be to provide strategic direction for our adviser and branch services at board level as I believe these are key to The Hanley's continued success.”  

This appointment completes a hugely successful year for Dianne who is also a Director of The Hanley’s Independent Financial Adviser subsidiary company, Hanley Financial Services Limited.
