Introducing Joanne Cooper - Marketing Assistant

“I joined The Hanley when I was 19 on a temporary contract scanning and indexing important documents. Since then I’ve worked my way through a range of areas in the Society from managing the Stationery to working in Office Services, Festival Park Branch and Customer Services.

At the moment I am concentrating most of my time and energy on Sales Support (Administration support to the Financial Planning area) and have been helping to improve the existing systems including developing a new in-house system with our resident Business Systems Manager.

My main goal at the moment is to streamline the backoffice processes.
