Local building society The Hanley has launched a new suite of mortgage products to cater for a wide range of borrowers.

The deals include:

- 2.70% 2 Year Discount Mortgage - 2.24% discount from the Society’s Standard Variable Rate Maximum 80% LTV

- 3.85% 2 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage Maximum 80% LTV

- 4.99% 3 Year First Time Buyer Fixed Rate Mortgage Maximum 90% LTV

- 5.44% Shared Ownership Mortgage Maximum 95% LTV of the share of the property purchased
