Branch Assistants

Hours 35 per week

At The Hanley we are committed to a modern customer focused future whilst retaining our strong local roots and traditions. Customer service is at the heart of all that we do and we are looking for individuals to help us to deliver a distinctive and efficient service.

As a result of our branch expansion we have vacancies within our branch network, we are looking for individuals who:-

- pride themselves in giving first class customer service,

- have the ability to listen and ask questions to understand customer needs

- are able to respond quickly to customers using their own initiative.

You will need proven experience of working in a customer service environment preferably sales related, have a positive and proactive approach to work and be able to demonstrate experience of target delivery.
