Incentives - Re-Mortgage Legals

The Society's may offer an incentive from time to time on selected mortgage products which includes the offer of Re-Mortgage Legals up to the value of £250 where the Society's re-mortgage scheme is used.

What's Included

- Full title check to ensure property is acceptable security.
- Check appropriate I D checks are carried out.
- Check mortgage offer and satisfy any relevant conditions.
- Obtain client signature to mortgage deed .
- Obtain clear bankruptcy and Land Registry priority search, cost covered in the fee.
- Apply for registration of the charge, including payment of required registration fee.
- The cost of obtaining local search indemnity insurance.

What's not included

- The cost of any additional searches requested in the special conditions. i.e. Mining
- Additional costs in respect of additional work covered in the table below.
