Dianne Thompson, age 47 has 30 years’ experience working in the building society sector and is a qualified Mortgage and Independent Financial Adviser. In her six years with the Society Dianne has successfully developed The Hanley's Branch network and advisory proposition on mortgages and financial services products and in January 2008 was invited to join the board as Operations Director.

Dianne is also Managing Director of The Hanley's two subsidiary companies, Hanley Mortgage Services Ltd and Hanley Financial Services Ltd, she is also the Regional Chair for Lighthouse Group PLC.
