Throughout the last year, we have continued to see a real connection between team engagement and business performance. Our balance sheet growth has outpaced the market and customer service scores are at a record high.”

Time to give back to the community, opportunities for person development (including higher education), regular mental wellbeing sessions and private healthcare has been instrumental in engaging team members.
“Leading a team that feel they are valued and enjoy their work has always been an important personal objective for me. I want to ensure people have a work environment where they feel part of a team, are genuinely supported and well equipped to meet their responsibilities.
Gaining 3 star accreditation for a second year running is something we are all incredibly proud of and we are so pleased to be have been recognised for our commitment to our staff.”
