Submitting an Application

To submit your Self-Build application to us please follow the following steps:

 

  1. We have produced a handy Self-Build Lending Guide in pdf format. This document provides in detail everything from the types of mortgages we provide to the warranty providers we accept. Please review this guide prior to submission. Your customer may also benefit from reading it
  2. Please check our Self-Build Criteria to ensure your customer meets the requirements
  3. Please create your customer’s ESIS on a repayment basis using our online system. If you have not previously used our online system then you will be required to register first
  4. Complete our Self-Build Costing’s sheet and complete an application using online system. Please print page 18 of the application form as we require a signed copy of the Direct Debit mandate form. This should be sent to the address below
  5. Please use our Application Checklist  and Submission form’s to help to ensure that we have all the necessary documentation to underwrite your case
  6. Lastly please upload the Self-Build Costing sheet, Application and Submission form via our online system with your supporting documents
  7. Once we have received your application and supporting documents we will firstly validate the Self-Build Costing sheet therefore it is important that this document is fully complete
