With the new logo settling in and becoming more at home in our branches it was time to embark on the finer, yet-just-as-important detail..a shiny new set of mugs to host our new logo.
Priding ourselves on the local community and the importance of supporting local companies, what better, than to look to the Potteries themselves to produce our branded mugs. Stoke-on-Trent is the hub of the pottery industry and is famously referred to as the World Capital of Ceramics with residents known as ‘Potters’. Thinking about it, if statistics are anything to go by then many of our customers and staff alike will have strong links to the pottery industry in which we are located.
With this in mind we approached Steelite who were more than happy to help, they pride themselves on their work in the hospitality industry and like us, take time to invest in their social responsibility.
After looking at various samples we settled on a sleek, modern design which is easy to hold and most importantly can handle a decent-sized cuppa!
Our logo is subtle and conveys the message of the Shield as the hero in a unique fashion. As you can see from the pictures below the mug has come a long way since its earlier counterparts. Can you remember those old logos?
We look forward to greeting our members in branch with a warm drink during their appointments and our numerous guests at head office. We know that financial institutions can often feel cold and clinical but here at Hanley Economic we shall be welcoming you with a warm smile..and of course, a warm beverage in a new mug.
