Overpayments

Overpayments of up to 10% of the mortgage balance are permitted each anniversary year until 31 July 2028 and may be made by monthly standing order.

Any additional overpayments above 10% during this period will attract a penalty calculated on the amount of the additional payments.

Early Repayment Charges

A mortgage of £124,217.00 payable over 25 years initially on a Fixed Rate of 6.69% until 31 July 2028 and then on our Standard Variable Rate (SVR) of 8.49% (variable) for the remaining 20 years would require 60 monthly payments of £853.53 and 240 monthly payments of £978.03.

The total amount payable would be £286,897.38 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£161,721.38), a valuation fee of £300.00, an arrangement fee of £499.00, a funds transfer fee of £35.00 and a mortgage exit fee of £125.00.
