Highlights of Our 2025 Annual Report and Accounts
We are proud to share some key achievements and financial results for the year ending 31st August 2025:

- New Mortgage Lending: £99m
- Total Assets: £489m
- Retail Savings Balances: £442m
- Operating Profits: £0.31m
These results demonstrate our financial resilience and ability to navigate economic challenges, ensuring we remain well-positioned for future growth and continued member support.
Community Commitment

- Charitable Donations :£64,000
- Rent to Own 100% Loan to Value mortgage for local people renting in Staffordshire
