On Wednesday 18th March, we’ll be holding a Society-wide communication event to ensure our branch teams are fully informed and aligned on key updates. This is part of our ongoing commitment to consistent and effective engagement across the organisation.

To allow our teams to attend, branches and phone lines will close early:

• Festival Park branch will close at 3:00 PM
• Phone lines will close at 3:00 PM
• cashiering hours will operate as usual at Newcastle, Biddulph, Longton and Stone

We’re sharing this information as early as possible to help you plan ahead and avoid any inconvenience. Normal service will resume on Thursday 19th March.
