Interest Rate Update - May 2025

The Society continually monitors interest rates on its range of mortgage and savings products to ensure they are competitive and sustainable.

Following the 0.25% reduction in the Bank of England base rate announced on 8th May 2025 to 4.25%, members who either have a mortgage or savings product which is directly linked to the Bank of England base rate will see their rate reduce to reflect the reduction on 1st June 2025.
