Dual Access Saver (DAS02)
Interest is variable, calculated on a daily basis and is paid annually on 31 August. Interest can be compounded or paid away to your nominated bank account.
| Dual Access Saver | Current Rates |
|---|---|
| Annual Interest | Rates effective from: 22/04/2026 |
| Balance | Gross | AER† |
|---|---|---|
| £100.00 and above | 4.27% | 4.27% |
†AER stands for Annual Equivalent Rate and illustrates what the interest rate would be if interest was paid and compounded once each year. Gross is the rate of interest if interest were paid and not compounded each year.
Interest is calculated daily from the day of receipt.
As the interest rate is variable, we may change the rate if we reasonably believe that the change is needed.
If we reduce the interest on your account, we will write to you 14 days before we make the change.
For full details on how and why we will change the interest rate on your account, please refer to Section 8 of the Savings Terms and Conditions.
Based on the current interest rate, if you deposited £1,000 in this account, after 12 months you would have £1,042.70 This figure is for illustration purposes and is based on no additional deposits, withdrawals or changes in interest rates within the 12 month period.

Where can I find my User ID?
Your User ID will be sent to you by post shortly after your welcome pack has been issued by email.
Why should I select email verification during online account opening?
During step 4 of the online account opening process, we recommend selecting email verification - do not select mobile (SMS). When you do, a verification code will be sent to the email address you’ve provided, allowing you to continue with your application.
Please allow a few moments for the email to arrive and remember to check your junk or spam folder just in case.
Choosing email verification helps ensure your application progresses smoothly.
Can I have more than one DAS?
Yes, you can hold more than one DAS. However, we reserve the right to limit the number of accounts at our discretion.
When will I receive my welcome pack?
Your welcome pack will usually be emailed within 1–3 days of applying. This will include your account number.
In some cases, there may be a delay if we’re unable to fully verify your details electronically. This can include sanctions and PEP (Politically Exposed Person) checks.
How can I withdraw funds from or close my online account?
Withdrawals can be made online, up to a maximum of £10,000 per day. If you need to withdraw more than £10,000 as part of one of the permitted withdrawals, this must be requested via the online portal/banking secure messaging. We will process the payment by Faster Payment where limits allow, or by CHAPS for a £25 fee. For larger transactions, we may request additional information for security purposes.
Can I fund my account without my User ID?
Yes. You can fund your account before receiving your User ID, and interest will be earned from the date the funds are credited to your account. Your User ID will be sent to you by post, as we are unable to provide this by email due to security requirements around two‑factor authentication. This must be issued via a separate channel to help prevent fraud.
How long do I have to fund my account?
You have 14 days from the date you submit your application to fund your account.
When will I receive confirmation of my application?
You’ll receive an email confirming your application on the same day you submit it.
How will I receive my username?
Your username will be sent by post on the same day your welcome pack is emailed. For security reasons, usernames can’t be sent by email and must be provided via an alternative format.
When can I set up my password?
You should be able to set your password on the day you submit your application.
This may be delayed if your details have not been fully verified electronically or if additional sanctions or PEP checks are required.
